What is so good about this specie?
1. produces an average of 3254 kg of fruit per year per 40 X 40 metres of land
2. Resistant to draught
3. Short, thick trunk
4. Produces a contant amount of product regardless of any environmental irregularities
5. Produces 12 – 13 bunch per tree per year at 13 kg/bunch
6. Crude oil produced per bunch of fruit is about 26%
7. its dimention is 9×9x9 metre
