What is so good about this specie?
1. produces an average of 5000 kg of fruit per year per 40 X 40 metres of land
2. Moderately resistant to draught
3. Short trunk with short leaves, easy to harvest
4. Production varies according to the weather and environment
5. Produces 12 – 14 bunch per tree per year at 10 – 13 kg/bunch
6. Crude oil produced per bunch of fruit is about 28%
7. its dimention is 8×8x8 metre
